Frankie says there is no better feeling than watching her students grow and reach their fabulous potential and is so excited to be joining the Elements team!

Sophie Burrows Teacher
Sophie has been teaching for Elements since September 2023.
Sophie grew up in local dance schools taking ballet, tap and modern classes, alongside exams and some memorable performance opportunities. Sophie decided to take the leap to turn her passion into a career, and trained at Dance College London in Commercial Performance, whilst also securing a distinction in her ITDA Level 4 teaching diploma. She continues to train as a dancer and performer as she believes it is incredibly important to be pushing herself with new opportunities, in order to achieve the best for her students.
Sophie’s favourite part about teaching is helping students to challenge themselves not only in dance technique, but also creative expression and self confidence. She works hard to allow students to form the lifelong bonds with other dancers that is arguably one of the most rewarding parts of dance.
