JOANNA BEASLEY 
Principal/Director | AISTD Modern and Tap, BLAMDA 
Jo trained in the local area in all styles of dance, drama and singing. At College she gained a Diploma in Performing Arts and continued her studies with the RAD, LAMDA and qualifying as an ISTD teacher. Whilst still training Jo took part in many amateur and semi-professional shows. 
Jo started teaching as an assistant but has been a qualified teacher for 14 years, concentrating more on the ISTD syllabus alongside the RAD where time permits. Before this time she worked as a professional dancer and singer. Professional work includes numerous Pantomimes, Theatre and Television work including a performer on Sport Relief for the BBC.  
Modelling for "My Guy" magazine, Debenhams UK, Model/Dancer for Hugo Boss promotion in Vienna. 
Dancer/Singer in Greece within a known chain of 5 Star Hotels also as a Dancer at the Prestigious Casino De Madeira on Madeira Island. Jo also travelled the world extensively as a show and cabaret dancer acting as dance captain on board many Cruise Ships. Dancer at corporate events in and around London. 
Jo took over Elements Dance and Theatre Schools in January 2008. She has enjoyed watching the school grow over the last few years and seeing the various students achieve their goals, some students going on to Universities and Dance/Drama Colleges and many performing as a career. Jo is always looking for new opportunities and experiences for the students at Elements to be involved in and thoroughly enjoys her time teaching all the students young and old! 
Away from class, Jo has two Children, Charlie and Jamie who inspire and keep her continually on her toes! 
Sarah Arran 
Miss Sarah has been teaching ballet for the last 10 years and qualified in certificate in ballet teaching studies in 2003 through the Royal Academy Of Dance. Sarah was born in South Africa and moved to the UK in 2003. She trained through Jacqui Pells School of Dance and UCT ballet school, starting her career teaching baby ballets to Advance 1 students. Sarah has assisted in dance shows and examinations all over Surrey & Hampshire also teaching off ice ballet training to figure skaters. Sarah is really enjoying my position at Elements and look forward to the future and very exciting opportunities to come ahead in the ballet department. 
 
Georgie Rickard 
Georgie trained at a local Dance Academy from the age of 3 to 16, when she won a scholarship to the prestigious London Studio Centre, where she graduated with a first class Foundation Degree in Theatre Dance at the age of 19.

Georgie is currently studying with the ISTD to gain her DDI qualification in Theatre Modern and Tap Dance as well as continuing her studies to further her current qualifications with the Royal Academy of Dancing. 
Charise Renouf 
Charise started her training in Jersey and moved to London at 16 to train full time at Laine Theatre Arts. 
She has had the pleasure of teaching at London Children's Ballet and Laine Theatre Arts for the past three years. Charise currently teaches the full time students at PPA and PPA Kids and is very excited to be a part of Elements Performance Team.

Ashleigh Payne 
Ashleigh has just graduated from the University of Chichester with a BA Hons Degree in Musical Theatre. She has been training in musical theatre from the age of 5 and has attended local theatre schools including Elements. 
Ashleigh has performed in local pantomimes and many musicals throughout her training, including Les Miserables, Pirates of Penzance and Peter Pan. She has also completed her London College of Music, Musical Theatre Singing exams. Ashleigh is really looking forward to joining the Elements team. 
 
 
 
 
Rebecca Holder 
Rebecca has been dancing since the age of 3. She attended the Royal Ballet associates for 4 years and qualified at London Studio Centre obtaining a foundation degree in Performing Arts. Whilst at London Studio Centre, Rebecca trained in a variety of different styles including, ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, street, commercial, hip hop, lindy hop, jazz partnering, lyrical and pointe work. Rebecca performed in ‘Coppelia’ with the Royal Ballet Company and has also toured the UK in ‘The Jazz Company’ directed by Petra Siniawski (Director of West End Wicked). 
Rebecca has also completed training in ISTD ballet, tap and Modern, RAD Ballet and DDI/DDE teaching ISTD modern qualification. Since graduating Rebecca has enjoyed teaching a range of different styles in London, Berkshire and Cheltenham. 
Emily Holdsworth  
 
Emily started dancing at Elements Dance and Theatre Schools at a young age in Ballet, Tap and Modern. Miss Emily assists in Modern, Tap and Ballet classes and is also an accomplished singer.  
Emily is delighted to be teaching some further classes at Elements, familiar to both students, parents and overall knowledge of the day to day running of Elements.

Jessica Arnold 
Miss Jess is a very pro active and energised assistant teacher. She has been attending dance classes in all genres for a number of years at Elements and has grown from strength to strength. Miss Jess is very much liked by the students and helps them to maintain the high standard of technique that we strive for at Elements. 
Elements Head Girl - Jenny Davies 
Jenny has been dancing at Elements for many years starting off in Ballet lessons. She now also attends Modern and is an amazing acro/gymnast. Jenny has been a member of our Performance Team, danced at Disneyland Paris and recently on the MSC Poesia. Always hard working and a great leader, she looks out for the younger students who always look up to her.
